Appeal after two arrested for theft in Skegness

We have arrested two men in connection with a report of theft in Skegness.

We received reports that two men with a white van were acting suspiciously on Burlington Road between 11.21pm last night (14 January) and 4.18am today (15 January).

Officers located the van at Leverton this morning and subsequently arrested two men aged 28 and 51 on suspicion of going equipped for theft. They remain in police custody.

We would like to ask residents in the vicinity of Burlington Road to check their sheds, cars or outbuildings for any signs of disturbance.
